Aliwigs offers worldwide shipping service and all items from our store are free Shipping !
1. Economical Shipping Delivery Time normally takes 12-15 days for Major Destinations, while 15-18 days for some remote Destinations. For synthetic wigs or order amount bellow 80 dollars, we would choose Economical Shipping for your package; if you need order urgently, you can email to service@aliwigs.com or call at +86-10-62662687 to contact us, we would expedited the shipping after you pay the extra cost on shipping !
2. Standard Shipping Delivery time takes 2-4 days for Major Destinations, while 3-8 days for some remote destinations. We would use this way of shipping for most of our products.
3. Expedited Shipping Delivery time takes 1-2 days for Major Destinations, while 3-4 days for some remote destinations. We would use this way of shipping for Jewish wigs or order amount above $300.

Customs & Import Tax
1. Customs is a government agency responsible for regulating shipments entering a country or region. All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. It's always buyer's responsibilities to clear customs and pay the relevant customs duties.We don't add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay us the price showed on our website. In most countries, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, however, do not incur taxes.

Unfortunately, there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of every single country. Therefore, we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out relevant information before you order.
3. If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes, you shall pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s). We can't calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay for it. Returns & Replacements
Return Policy on Aliwigs
1. All you need to do is email us and tell us what the problem is, and then get a returning code and shipping address from us
2. Send it back to us and email us the shipping courier you use and the tracking code
3. Once got the products from you, we would process refund as soon as possible
Notice: All the products on our website are free shipping that means we pay shipping for the product to reach you, once you want to return, the returning fee is shouldered by you.
Replacement Policy on Aliwigs
1. Inform our customer service rep that you want an exchange and get your exchange code and returning address
2. Send the product to the designated address and email us the courier you use as well the tracking code
3. Once got your item, we would arrange exchange for you.
Notice: all wigs are custom made, most part of the manufacturing are hand work, so it takes time, check the processing time of the product you exchange for before doing so. Exchange shipping fee should be paid by customer

Three ways for making your order
1. Find out the product you want, and then selecting color, size, and then you can check out immediately with the paypal express “check out” button! This would be the most convenient and quickest way to finish ordering if you have a paypal account.
2. Putting your selected item into the shopping cart, then apply your coupon if you and one in the shopping cart, and then you can check out with the paypal express “check out” button if you have a paypal account
3. After putting the well-selected items into shopping cart, you can click “ proceed to checkout” button, you would be lead to a register and log in page, register with us if you are a new customer and fill out the shipping information, and then you can pay for your order now, you can check out with Western Union, Paypal or Credit Card !

If you have already made your payment for your order and you want to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. Usually, an order can be cancelled before its shipment.

6.1.Oders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
6.2.Orders cancelled 24 to 72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for 60% refund.
6.3.Orders cancelled after 72 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for 15% refund.
6.4.Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
For Lace Front and Full Lace Synthetic Hair
6.5.Oders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
6.6.Orders cancelled 24 to 72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for 60% refund.
